Have you ever heard about The Beatles? They were one of the most famous English rock bands in the 60s and 70s…or ever. They were John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Star. Their songs have been heard by generation after generation.
They have written many songs which have been danced to and sung by millions of people around the world. Some of their songs are «Yellow Submarine», «Let it be», «Hey Jude», «Help!», «Twist and Shout» among many others.
Today you will listen to and work on a song called «Penny Lane». Penny Lane is a road in the south Liverpool suburb of Mossley Hill. As it was a relevant street in Paul and John´s lives, they decided to write a song about it.
