Let’s make some holiday crafts! You will need papers (from magazines or whichever you can get your hands on, red and green are great options!), scissors, glue, markers, glitter, etc.
Be creative with your choices!

Remember that tomorrow we will bake some Christmas cookies! You will need the following ingredients and utensils:

  • 125g. soft butter (not melted, not cold)
  • 125g. sugar (white or brown)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey (tbsp=tablespoon, the one for soup!)
  • 2 tsp ground ginger (tsp=teaspoon, the one for tea/coffee)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200g. all purpose flour 
  • 200g. self rising flour
  • buttered baking pan
  • a mixing bowl
  • a spatula
  • plastic wrap (film)
  • rolling pin
  • cookie cutters
  • preheated oven (low)

IMPORTANT: If you don’t like spices you can always replace them with vanilla extract or lemon zest.
