Hello everybody! I hope you had an incredible weekend and are well rested and full of energy for these last few days.
The end of the year is just around the corner, so let’s start talking about Christmas, New Year, plans and promises.

Here’s today’s homework, you have to complete at least two of the three vocabulary activities.

Tomorrow we will make some Christmas crafts, you will need papers (from magazines or whichever you can get your hands on, red and green are great options!), scissors, glue, markers, glitter, etc.
Be creative with your choices!

On Wednesday we will bake some Christmas cookies! On that day you will need the following ingredients and utensils:

  • 125g. soft butter (not melted, not cold)
  • 125g. sugar (white or brown)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey (tbsp=tablespoon, the one for soup!)
  • 2 tsp ground ginger (tsp=teaspoon, the one for tea/coffee)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200g. all purpose flour 
  • 200g. self rising flour
  • buttered baking pan
  • a mixing bowl
  • a spatula
  • plastic wrap (film)
  • rolling pin
  • cookie cutters
  • preheated oven (low)

IMPORTANT: If you don’t like spices you can always replace them with vanilla extract or lemon zest.
